Komal Vora Joins Yes Bank as new Group Executive VP – Head of IS Audit Vertical

Komal Vora has recently joined Yes Bank as their Group Executive VP – Head of IS Audit Vertical. Previously she was working with Mizuho as a Vice President for more than 5 years later on she got promoted as the Sr. Vice President where her responsibilities included Information Technology Audit- IT Governance, Application Security review, IT Infrastructure, IT General controls, Themed Audit, ISO 27001Assurance audit, Pre implementation and Post implementation Project Audit, and much more.

Komal Vora  has 20 + years of experience in Information Security, IT Governance & she is a  Cyber Security risk professional. She also has working experience with Multinational bank (Current – Mizuho Bank, HSBC Bank) and Indian Bank (Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC bank). Furthermore, worked with Multinational consulting (KPMG & Grant Thornton) and Indian consulting (Aneja Associates).

Komal Vora is Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), MCSC, and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). She holds B.Sc degree from Bhavan’s College, Andheri.
