Kapil Madaan joins as a Global Head – Information Security, Risk and Compliance (CISO) at Max HealthCare

Kapil Madaan has been appointed Global Head Of Information Security, Risk, and Compliance at Max Healthcare Group. He’ll be headquartered in Gurugram. Madaan will be responsible for information security and governance of Max Healthcare, including the Max Lab business, in his new job. He has joined Max Healthcare.

He was previously employed with Spark Minda as the CISO. Madaan previously served as the Head of Cyber Security for Max Healthcare. Her previous experience includes working with Aptara INC as Sr. Manager InfoSec and for the Banking and Telecom industries.

Madaan has global work experience in cybersecurity operations management, audit and accreditation, Itech & InfoSec, data privacy, strategic planning & management, and IT security. He earned his master’s degree in PGDIT from Symbiosis in Pune and his MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Max Healthcare Institute Limited (“Max Healthcare”) is a large healthcare institution in India. The current amalgamated firm was founded following the acquisition of 49.7 percent of the former Max Healthcare Institute Limited by Radiant Life Care Pvt. Ltd. (“Radiant”) and the subsequent combination of Max Healthcare with Radiant. The merged company was known as Max Healthcare Institute Limited. Radiant was directed and promoted by Abhay Soi prior to the merger.
